This is my first time to attend BACon and will also be my First In-Person Professional Speaking Debut. This is the first IIBA In-Person Conference at least in the United States since the Pandemic. The conference time is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EDT but it is unknown what time I will be presenting. I will be presenting my most requested topic Five Characteristics Needed to Be a Great Leader. Leadership is not a job title or a position and BA’s make perfect leaders. It is critical that Senior BAs are leaders which complements their skills as mentors, coaches, and trainers.
